About Me
As soon as college was over, I piled all my belongs into the back of my 1997 Toyota Tercel, drove 11 straight hours towards the city of my dreams – New York. Soon I started working as a junior banker assembling mortgage-back bonds for Merrill Lynch. After 2 sleepless years, I began trading these bonds. From 2005 to 2014, as an active participant of this epic act, I watched the real estate market heat up, go crazy, explode and rebound. I learned what it meant to serve a fiduciary duty and how to negotiate. I learned that I wanted to be in the real estate brokerage business and be the best broker. Most importantly, I learned how to get out of myself and listen to others.
With a dual degree in Computer Science and Economics, I see real estate brokerage as the perfect stage for technology and human to joint force and create a remarkable experience. An experience that is powered by technology and curated by warm bodies with senses and emotions. I was born and raised in Shanghai, China and spent half of my life there and half here in New York. Being a real estate broker allows me to live both cultures so intimately each day. I am grateful to New York, to real estate and to you, my clients.
I look forward to helping you find your dream home.
