{New Development} One West End

One West End stands next to the mega-development project Waterline  Square, which along with One West End, is transforming this riverside neighborhood into the newest destination on the far west side between Lincoln Center and the Upper West Side.  The neighborhood used to be a quiet residential enclave.  But with the incoming Riverside Park, going over to the Hudson River Park will no longer feel like a big hike.  The new towers will bring in thousands of new residents to spur on new commercial activities.  One West End was also one of the last few new development projects to receive a tax abatement.
